Perhaps I should explain what these are. Well, they are mostly sweets (except for the burger). The boxes all come with a tray filled with moulds, mixing trays and a water cup. You use the powders in the box, and mix them with water. You then put the mixture into a mould where appropriate, or perhaps even shape it yourself. It is all edible, and a lot of fun to make. So, from top to bottom, left to right, we have a kit for making a candy bento box, a donut kit, a cake kit (which requires the microwave), a sushi candy kit, and the hamburger kit described above. | I recently bought these online. I have seen them on Youtube a few times, and I really wanted to try one. Then I found this set of five, so I went for it. So far, I have made the donut one (top middle) and the burger one (bottom right). They were both fun. The burger one was slightly more difficult because you had to use the microwave to cook the meat and the bread. And, I misread the instructions and nearly cooked them for ten minutes (I think that it may actually have said something along the lines of 'takes 10 minutes to make' or something). Luckily I realised my mistake in time. My sister and I both tried the burger one, as we made it together. Surprisingly, the cola was the most disgusting of them all... |
